CREDIT CARDS

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Attorney Career Coach reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of Connecticut, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might arise between Rena Barnett Search, Inc. DBA Attorney Career Coach, and you, or its business partners and associates. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS 

All products are digital.  If at any time within a year of purchase, a client wishes to cancel their package of services, a refund will be issued on the unused portion.  All cancelation requests must be made in writing (via email) within a year of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.  The exception is for group Zoom meetings. Zoom Meetings are at 8 PM EST on the first Monday and the third Thursday of every month.  You can select which meeting you wish to join at checkout. There are no refunds if you miss a group meeting but you can pick up to two (2) makeup dates, and attend one (1) of these two (2) alternative dates, by contacting us by email to reschedule.  

DISPUTES

 Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Connecticut and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
